Access to GEXfocus does not imply any transfer of intellectual property or authorization to redistribute data, tools, or derived outputs. Permitted use depends on the type of access contracted.
Access to GEXfocus data, tools, and indicators is granted under a personal, non-transferable license, unless the subscription expressly includes commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or transfer of access to third parties is not permitted in any form.
The personal license is limited to the account holder’s own use. Any professional use for third parties, product integration, redistribution, or derived exploitation requires express authorization or a specific commercial arrangement.
The 3-day free trial is an initial-access promotional offer available exclusively to new users and may be used only once per user.
GEXfocus reserves the right to deny, limit, suspend, or terminate any free trial where there are reasonable indications of repeated, automated, or fraudulent use, or of attempts to circumvent these conditions through alternative accounts or equivalent means. In such cases, continued access requires a valid paid subscription under the selected plan.
Indicators, algorithms, proprietary calculations, derived metrics, source code, and platform architecture are the exclusive property of GEXfocus. Access does not grant ownership rights, any implied license, or any further authorization over those elements.
Breach of these terms entitles GEXfocus to suspend or terminate access immediately and without prior notice. The absence of a refund for unused periods applies without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
GEXfocus may modify, interrupt, or discontinue functionalities at any time. These terms apply from the moment of registration and remain in force while the user maintains active access to the platform.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, while preserving all mandatory consumer venues and rights.
GEXfocus uses personal and technical data in a limited way for operations, internal metrics, support, and service improvement. Data is not sold to third parties.

We may process contact data provided by the user, information associated with app operation, account and subscription data, usage metrics, internal analytics, technical events, and data necessary for security, stability, fraud or abuse prevention, and continuous service improvement. Data mainly comes from the user, their device, and, where applicable, payment or distribution providers. Data marked as necessary to create an account, purchase a service, or receive support is required to provide those functions; without it, the requested service may be unavailable.
Processing required to manage accounts, access, subscriptions, and support is based on performance of the requested service. Compliance with tax, accounting, or other requirements is based on the corresponding legal obligation. Platform security and prevention of fraud or abuse may rely on GEXfocus legitimate interests where appropriate. Optional website analytics is based on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings button.
The site uses strictly necessary local storage to remember the cookie preference. Google Analytics remains disabled until the visitor expressly accepts analytics. If accepted, Google may use identifiers, cookies, and technical data such as approximate IP address, device, browser, visited pages, and interactions to produce audience statistics. The choice can be changed at any time using the “Cookie settings” button displayed on the site.
Account data is retained while the relationship remains active and, after it ends, for a general maximum of 1 year unless longer storage is required to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities. Invoices and billing data are retained for the applicable tax, accounting, and legal periods. Data processed on the basis of consent is used until consent is withdrawn, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Payments and subscriptions may be handled through Stripe, Google Play, and the App Store. Google provides the optional analytics service. Hosting, communications, support, and security providers may also process data to the extent necessary to provide the service. GEXfocus does not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made under an adequacy decision or other safeguards recognized by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
Users may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability free of charge, and may withdraw consent where it is the legal basis, by contacting [email protected]. Requests are generally answered within one month. Users who believe that processing infringes data protection law may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Where possible, the app itself will provide direct management or deletion mechanisms.
The platform and its subscriptions are intended for people aged 18 or older. Minors must not create accounts or purchase services by themselves. Any permitted access must take place under the responsibility and supervision of their legal representative.
GEXfocus may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The current version was updated on June 5, 2026 and remains applicable until replaced by a later version.
